Echarge in airtel

Dear sir.

in airtel recharge card and ec recharge balance amount s very low .they are told like we are providing the sms balance.its not important to all customer.most the customer recharge in sms card.but other networks give more recharge amount compare to airtel.so all the networks give same recharge amount ..its a trai rules.i think airtel did not obey the trai and indian government rules.i need the same recharge amount in all the networks.in this complaint only of airtel network.because now they only give low recharge balance amount (rs.10 talk time is 6.07) only.
