Deduction from balance for unsubscribed services

I'm using Airtel Chennai prepaid SIM and receiving messages from Airtel Chennai claiming I've renewed subscription for 'VideoParlour' and 'Gaming' Services. I havn't subscribed for anything from Airtel. They have been deducting Rs.5 and Rs.20 for 'VideoParlour' and 'Gaming' services resp.

I kindly request you to take necessary action against them and return my balance they have deducted from mine.
