CHEATING IN PREPAID RECHARGE AMOUNT

Dear sir,

I M. lakshmi and my cell no is 9790948269

On 2nd July I received a message from At- Talk time - 12-09-23 pm that for 30

Rs RC= 45 TT = 35 SMS for you

In the Evening 06-43 Pm I recharged for an amount of Rs 30 and they added 23

immediately and saying that remaining 22 Rs will be added with in 48 Hours.

transaction Id is 53721061

But so far the amount has not been added to my account and they added

ultimately 7 Rs today after wasting 6 Rs TT from my account. the reference

Nos are 0706276988 & 0707212955

Then I asked about the amount they had promised during E recharge.

The answer is NO and they asked me go anywhere including

consumer court.

I am passing the information to you all about what has happened to me with

Airtel and their company people.

They are cheating customers with false promises.

I want to file a case in consumer court since I am having all evidence in my inbox.
