Add on card in my name without my permission or request

Dear Sirs,

I have a post paid airtel connection (98400 76167) since July when it was with Sky Cell itself. I never requested an add on card and nor I submitted any application in this regard. But I received a communication recently that some number is allotted to me as an add on card and I was not aware of the same. The charges for that number (9840758411) is also added to my mobile number and I have been paying the same for a long time I understand this evening when I went to Sastri Nagar Airtel office in Chennai.

I tried to reach that particular number but it was coming as switched off.

I would like the authorities to look into this matter urgently and reply me writing. Failing to receive a positive reply will force me to take a legal action against Airtel as it is a herculean task to get their customer care number even after 10 times.
