TAKING CHARGES INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS FOR CLOSURE OF MY POST PAID AIRTEL MOBILE CONNECTION.-09663348840

Dear Sir,
My name is P.S.Krishna Rajan. I am based at Bangalore. I am realy facing problem in disconnection of my Airtel postpaid mobile disconnection.(Mobile No:09663348840.).
Sir, A jist on my struggle of disconnection of Postpaid Airtel connection (09663348840,).
The cancellation of my Airtel Connection has been stared since july 18.
1.As you can see the details as per your airtel office bsk 3rd stage, bangalore asked me to pay Rs 442 towards closure of connection. I immediately withdrew from atm and paid the same. Then they connected to customer care told me to confirm on cancellation of Airtel connection. The customer care people told that the connection is cancelled.
2.Again I hadbeen to the same airtel office on sep 7th and said that you and your customer care people said that the connection has been cancelled. Again one the employee connected to airtel customer care and asked me to interact with customer care. Then One Mr. Chirag saw the details and suggested to pay Rs 550.and the airtel connection would be closed. Again I paid Rs 550. and immediately called Mr. Chirag regarding the confirmation of airtel payment of Rs 550..He confirmed that the request for cancellation has already been registered with the unique service request number 39428037.
3.Finally I called nodal office and discussed my concern regarding my closure of Airtel connection to Mr. Anil understood my Concern and said he would take care of my closure airtel connection. He said he has raised a concern to the respective departments departments and also to HR.
I had been doing payments inspite of my requests for closure of airtel connection.
Hence, I request you to kindly send me a cconfirmation on closure of my airtel connection without further payments which to do so.
