Unsatisfactory customer service

Sir, My name is t.vigneshwaran my mobile number is 8754414691.i got 4 airtel postpaid connection on behalf of my company.afer i submitting all document where im using my number for the past one and half month, i got my bill for payment.i have paid all the bills before due date.next day while im returning from my office, i got a call by just passing in front of airtel office.suddenly my line was disconnected.when i contacted that airtel customer care outlet.they made me to wait nearly one and half hours.later they came and replied now our office time is closed.so u wait untill tomorrow afternoon. The government should take all necessary action on this service provider, where they are marketing through many media to cheat all indians, only for the purpose of earning money.not to provide genuine customer service.
