Airtel rejected my MNP application

MNP rejected by Airtel Prepaid

I requested MNP from my Airtel prepaid to Tata Docomo prepaid on 20-01-11 and got unique porting number AA124395, and my mobile number is. 98 6666 2466. I have been told by tata docomo on 27th that airtel has rejected MNP request stating legal obligation.

I have conacted airtel customer care and they have no idea about it and tata docomo says it has been rejected by airtel and they have to approve.

I don't know what are the problems here? First i am a post paid customer of airtel 2years back, last year i cleared all my dues up to last penny and migrated to prepaid [more than 6months back]. Now i am a prepaid customer, I have been using it since 2 years and its on my name.

Now again i have applied for MNP on 30-01-11 to Tata Docomo. Please make sure that no problems will be raised this time. Kindly fix the issue and let me port out to docomo..
