Very bad behaviour, feeling insulted

I want to draw the attention of viewers, am a service holder of Airtel mobile service provider since last 5 years. Now a days very often the customer care executives are behaving very rudely with their customers. Its very much insulting, that we are fond of that service but they are ignoring their customers. I want to mention the name of executives, like Mr. Parlay, et.all. We liked Airtel, We will, but please care your customers.
