Customer Care people for Airtel have no knowledge about their own schemes. They tell any stupid scheme though they r not sure about it. When you ask them refund they say "I will transfer your call to manager" and put it on hold and do not revert back again. Very disappointing service from Airtel. I, myself suffered for it many times. My friends also complain about it. Most of the times you get charged for the call but do not even receive the call. Airtel act like they just want to grab money whatsoever.
