Cricket pack from 54321unknowingly activated on my sim

My mobile no is 9997621399. From past 3 days daily I am complaining regarding cricket sms alert coming on my sim from AD-54321. I never I asked or activated for ANY PACK. Company is deducting Rs. 5/- on daily basis.. i have called number of times to customer care of airtel but get no response Kindly ask the Company to STOP the pack and refund my money.
