This information show on (http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/mobile/prepaid/roaming/international/) Airtel's Roaming service allows you to use your mobile phone to make or receive calls from almost anywhere in World. A monthly rental of Rs 99 will be charged on International Roaming in addition to the international roaming rates. Rental will be charged only in case of an incoming/outgoing call or outgoing SMS.

There was no incoming/outgoing calls, but you charged rental fee 99 RS.

I think this is a cheating.
