Unsolicited calls on my BSNL landline

Bharthi Airtel - Messy Company making unsolicited calls..

Over the last few weeks, we are being continuously disturbed between 1-4PM everyday in the afternnon by unsolicited calls from "Airtel Digital TV". We have tried all means to sensitize this issue with the customer support teams and have failed. They keep asking us to dial some other number everytime, indicating very bad customer support. None of the persons are capable of understanding the issue and resolve for us. They infact told me that it is not a Airtel Issue, but a BSNL Issue - classic case foolishness. I have been using BSNL for the last 15 years and there has not been one single issue like this Airtel Digital TV Issue.

I have aged parents at home and this disturbance is not acceptable at all. We have no interest in having any of these sevices from Airtel..

I visited the kumarapark/seshadripuram airtel office to get details on who can support this - to my surprise none of them knew how to resolve this issue for me..they put me on to a IVR and also tell me some departments wont work on saturday's and sunday's.

Customer support for me in this case from Airtel is pathetic and sucks, 100%!

Is there anyone who can help me address this?

Sunil Mittal - Are you listening? Your customer support team needs a revamp and some basic lessons!
