Some times when i make a call my Billing get started without conecting my calll to calling no. When i make complaint they (CC of IDEA Celluler Ltd.) told me that this is not a problem but due to voice mail. Even i gave him proof of my ISD call that was only ringing but there billing was kee pgoing on while other side phone was only ringing.
