Iv purchased an idea postpaid connection 9718361007 but its wrong billing & policies i changed this in prepaid now they are deducting money from my account in name of falls services which never purchased, on 20th march they deducted 49 rupees from my account, i have registered a a complaint in idea costumer center on very same day, company's executives assured me to refund my balance but still im waiting my refund, executive mss pooja assured me about my refund up 3 pm of 20 march, but now they are not entertaing my phone call and my phone on all executives re busy, I cll & sent a sms to mr. rajan, company officer but no solution till now, actually its a big scam by birlas, earlear so many cases also pending against them, pls control multycrore cheating with innocent public by idea prepaid connection by deducting money from the consumer by giving falls services.
