Airtel DTH bad customer service

My DTH connection is showing B001 error. I tried reaching customer care and that was a nightmare. The response was pathetic and the person named Arpit was difficult to understand. When I asked for the number of any Airtel employee, i was given the number of Mr. Pawan Garg, 05224414761. When I tried this number at 6:25, there was a recorded message saying services are available only from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Overall it was a pathatic support system created by the world s number five telecom company. I wish they remain small but do good job on customer service. My family has decided not to renew our subscription and I will advice all others for the same.
