Payment for Visit

My name is Jeyanth Kumar (3004664841), I bought airtel digital tv last year. and the set top box PROVIDED BY AIRTEL is not working properly. The audio is not working in HDMI while it works in AV out.. now when i called customer care support they said they would charge Rs.100 for visit and Rs.250 to rectify the problem. will airtel charge for a visit to a NEW customer. when i applied for airtel he visited more than 3 times during installation. and how dare airtel charge a customer for silly things. the damn set top box is provide by airtel, which is probably under standard manufactured in china. Airtel offers worst after sales service.. Am sure ill go for tata sky within next few months..
