Non credit of Bonus amount

Dear all,

I have a connection bearing consumer number 3008066496. I did the web recharge of Rs.1000 using my credit card on 13th November. When i did the recharge there was an offer which said, for a recharge of Rs.999 a bonus of Rs.99 will be credited.

However, i recharged for Rs.1000 thinking that i will get the credit of Rs.99, i am being told that since, i recharged for Rs.1000 i am not eligible for the bonus of Rs.99. I am not able to understand the logic behind this stupid answer being received from airtel customer care..

request to please resolve, and am ashamed with the kind of training being provided to the executives.
