Cheating- payment made but not installed

Ut I am getting frustrated with your grievances department (they are disconnecting my calls, not replying to my mails, etc), so I thought may be you can help me.

I have ordered a new connection on 11th Dec (Money paid on the same day through credit card, IVR). However, they have not yet installed a new digital TV. I called you many times but they are disconnected the call after I inform them about my query (called on 18605006500). I have spent around Rs.300 in calling them. It was a very humiliating and bad experience with them. I request you to please install it today or return my money ASAP.
