Unfair deduction of amount by wrong info

I am an airtel DYH customer. I have paid 325/- for south mega pack. the customer care operator informed that i can enjoy the pack for 1 month. he already told that all the past plans are de activated. He clearly told me that i need not pay any extra amount for one month. but shockingly after 15 days, my connection was discontinued. when asked the concerned people, thay told that i am under daily dwduction package. also they adviced me recharge again with 325/-.

My point is that, there are 1000s of cusr omers. airtel is making money by doing this type of cheap tricks. These people are worse than road side beggers. They are not giving proper response when i am calling the cust. care.
