Receipt of Offers/Services through SMS despite registration on DND

I have been using Airtel mobile services since last 10-12 years. I had registered my cell phone number on Airtel DND registry at least couple of months ago. However, after registering on DND of Airtel, I had started getting offers/services descriptions from unknown number which I had never received earlier. The frequency of such messages has increased in the recent past and it is really annoying to see such messages coming especially after registering on DND registry.

It is extremely unprofessional and unethical conduct from Airtel and I seek reimbursement in material terms for evasion of my peace of mind and trust on these services.
