Poor, pathetic, arrogant and extremely rude customer service

The Airtel DTH customer service is poor, pathetic, arrogant and shockingly rude. No reponse, disconnecting calls while the cutomer is speaking, comfortably rescheduling service deadlines on their own and steadily deducting money without fail. my customer id is 3001281674.

Sick service, once the recharged amount is exhausted will certainly move out.
