Where can I formally lodge a complaint against Airtel DTH and Vriti infocom, hyderabad.

Mr. Punit Saxena took 4040/- rupees from us on June 7th and promised installation of DTH by next day end.

However, after repaeted calls to punit, and airtel Customer care, no response has been received.
