Airtel DTH Connection
INSTALLATION NOT DONE

We have booked Airtel DTH connection on 28.03.11 especially to see India Vs Pakistan match at our office. We have intracted with lady called Ms. Meenakshi she promised us that the connection installation everything will be done by 29.03.11. but till now (05.04.11) we are not received this connection. i have been contacting 12150 customer care most of them are simply disconnecting the calls. There is no response. Their service level is Zero,

So we are finally decided to give consumer complients in Consumer Court by tommorow.
