Poor customer care!

Calls between my main Airtel number and the add-on numbers do not get completed due to pathetic network quality. So I wanted to disconnect both the numbers. They in return agreed to waive two months rental for both the numbers. I find that they have discounted a paltry amount of Rs. 46 towards such discount. Since this issue is not getting solved at 121@airtelindia.com, I had asked them to provide me with the contact details (postal address, e-mail address and telephone and fax numbers) of their CEO to convey to him my problems with his company and different ways of his customer care group to harass the customers. I have also complained to TRAI that these companies often hide behind their customer service mask and they must provide the contact details of other responsible people in theorganization also. Please let me know experiences of other Airtel customers on such issues.
