Unsatisfied with service enginee

Dear sir,

my customer id for airtel dth is 3002109136.Despite repeated complaints the problem of SIGNAL LOCK is not being resolved. Service engineer came to attend this problem once and he succeeded to get over this problem that time. But just after 15 minutes of he left my residence, this problem again started. From that time till now I have made complaint three times to the company but no technician turned up to attend. There is no response of my complain from company side also as they are not contacting me on my mobile phone.

I think that someone is responsible for all this and he/she should be taken up under disciplinary action.
