Unsuccessful recharge - Amount Deducted from my account!

I had recharged my prepaid mobile using the facility offered by Airtel and Citi on the 4th of August. Under this facility you can recharge you prepaid mobile by sending the recharge denomination with a four digit password to 530.

On the above the date, Airtel had debited my account with Citi, but had failed to recharge my mobile. I had called up the customer care to register my complaint, and they have alloted me a complaint no:080718540100.

After registering my complaint number whenever i called up the customer care to know the status of my complaint, either Airtels server is down or the customer service executives keep asking me questions instead of answering my questions.

Airtels service is pathetic, customer care is useless. Through this mail i would like to request all those who can read this mail:- PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTELS SERVICES - MOBILE OR OTHERWISE. PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE TO OTHERS AS WELL.
