THE AIRTEL HAVE DISCONNECTED MY SERVICES BEFORE THE DUE DATE OF BILL PAYMENT I.E. 15TH MAY. I HAVE ALREADY CLEARED THE LAST BILL AMOUNT.THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO PAY RS 800 AND THEN THEY WILL OPEN THE OUT GOING FACILITY. BUT AFTER PAYIN THE AMOUNT OF RS 850/ ON 27TH APRIL VIDE CASH RECEIPT NO 1284060905 (TRANSACTION ID). BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO OPEN THE OUTGOING SERVICES.
IS THIS THE WAY THE CUST CARE EXECUTIVE REPRESENT FRAUDLENT PRACTICES TO CUSTOMERS?
IS THE AIRTEL SHOWING THE POWER TO US?
SEEING THE MISREPRESENTATION FROM AIRTEL I FEEL VERY MUCH DISTRESSED AND DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD NOT LIKE TO CONTINUE IN AIRTEL.
