Threatening calls

I registered a request on 29th April' 2011 for shifting my Airtel Fixed line connection phone number 0120-4262594 from Noida to Delhi the same connection with the account no of 16565420 was then transferred. I had to pay 1 months extra bill till the connection was activated. However sice then Airtel has assumed that I am now living in two separate places and is continuously demanding double bill payment. I have been making complaints regarding this since 26 May Complaint number 46839502 . Every time I was informed that the problem will be rectified. I have also written complaints to the Airtel email IDs but no action has been taken. I have received 5 threatening phone calls (phone number 011-47057792) from a mentally disturbed executive who has used objectionable language. Having left no recourse now but to make a police complaint I just want this forum to be a warning to anyone who wishes to transfer airtel landline connections.
