Complaint no.1

I am using airtel-friends mobile services from last 3-4 years, as it introduced new airtel friends it given that service to all old friends service users but suddenly in december my services are deactivated but many peoples i know are getting the benefit of new package i have all those numbers which are getting services as per new scheme though they are as old as me. i have filed lots of complaints about it but company is seeming to be ignorant about my issue but as i am at great loss as compared to others i need to take the matter to the consumer court as i have recharged it with lifetime validity company is now taking it for granted that this customer can not go anywhere though it does any such misappropriation.

Also the company had charged me for more than Rs.199/-for internet charges which i have not at all used even for this i did wrote to 121 several times but at one tome they told me that it was Rs. 112/- and very next day i was told it was Rs. 95 and added Rs.50/- as consideration and again the next day of addition they deducted Rs.2/- without any reason i do not understand how come it is sooo irregular at their system and did not got any satisfying responce for this issue too. I would like to take help from consumer court for all these issues and irregularities and mis appropration.
