Very Slow Speeds

Dear Sir,

I am experiencing very slow speeds on my Airtel Connection. I use internet generally on my mobile phone itself and I have found the speed to be very unsatisfactory. I am using one of the newest Android handsets, rest assured... the problem is not with my mobile phone. I have the 2GB@Rs98 pack activated on my mobile. But with the current speeds I dont think I will even be able to use 300-400 MB. I am using your EDGE network and to the best of my knowledge the speeds are supposed to be much better than 2-3 KBps than i am getting right now. I suspect you are throttling the GPRS Unlimited plan users. Just to mention than I recently switched to Airtel, from CUG Vodafone plan (for which my company was paying the bills), just so that I can use the internet without hassles. Is this how you plan to get loyal customers?
