Airtel gprs (mobile office)
Very slow connection

Hi i m using airtel mobile office for internet connection since 2 months. since last 1 month speed is very very slow. after complainin they told to solve problem in 7 days i.e. till 7th june but still no solution now when i m trying to contact cust. care they r charging 0.5 rs every time for every 3 minutes but call is getting disconnected without any conversation with cust. care associate.there is no fault in my set as i m able 2 connect to net with TATA DOCOMO gprs with very hansome speed. my no.is 9685774111.
