GPRS data not received

Hi,

This is bring to your notice that our moblie operator give wrong commitment to the customer. I'm one of them who facing this problem. I'm a GSM subscriber for airtel Company and my moblie number is 9815610467. I brought nokia X2-01 handset for March. On that time Airtel have a schme get 100 MB GPRS data for one month. But I received 100 MB data onlu for first month after that I regisistered so many complaint but till now I'm not received any evert. Last month I have regsistered my complaint on pgportal.gov.in and my complaint number is GOVPB/E/00285. But till now I'm not received any revert for the same. Please suggest for this
