Recharge Amount Not credited & poor response and service

Hello,
I am Manjunath and am using Airtel Prepaid connection.(Mob No:9894443348). On Feb 8th i got a message from Airtel stating that a on recharging for 100 rupees 200 rupees talk time will be credited within 48hrs from recharge time. I recharged for the same amount on the same day and the bonus talk time was not credited in 48 hrs, so i called customer care and logged a complaint on the same which they promised to resolve in 48hrs.complaint No:0210284809. but its going to be one month now and that amount is not credited. I tried calling Customer care number of times but i dint get a proper response and also they cut my call in the middle of the conversation. From the date of complaint call cost summary was not working and i was not able to check my balance manually using *123# also. After repeated trails in contacting customer care now am not even able to contact customer care since they have blocked my number. There is also a complaint from my collegues and customers that they are not able to contact my number because the lines are busy whereas i dont use the phone during those timings due to which i am losing vital business. This has caused me immense mental torture and business loss, so i hereby request you to take a severe action on Airtel for the same.
