Fraudulent deduction of balance

R/Sir,

The company has fraudulently deducted 3 rupees from my balance by saying that i subscribed to some idiotic game pack, which i never subscribed.i know the service has been Activated by company itself as their way to decrease customer balance.

please help me in getting back my balance of 3 rupees and warn airtel of such future frauds.
