Unwanted services

I been receiving sms from Airtel that "Games has been renewed, You have been Charged Rs.3.There was no request made from my side, However i did Dial *121# and service message received that this service has been stopped. To my surprise next day i got the same message saying that Games has been activated. I called the call center and complained that this kind of services is not required and ask them not to send this messages. After complaining to call center and Dialing *121# from past 1 week i have received 16 messages. How can Airtel harass and charge the customer who have not requested for services they want.
