Unnecessarly money deduction

Sir i am nishant mishra and i m a regular customer of airtel gsm and my number is 9179697701... on 5th november there is un-necessary activation of hello tune on my number and my 20 rs deducted, then on the same day on evening i make a recharge of rs.40 and after making a call i m having a balance of rs.18 and when i woke up in morning my balance is rs.7 only... i tried a lot to contact customer care but unable to establish the call.

sir i request u to check my account details and take necessary action regarding my issue and i also request u to contact me as i m unable to contact customer care...
