Regarding: Charged against the free offer

With due respect I want to inform you that airtel customer service offer me a helo tune my name that is fully free of cost for 30 days. and first time i refuse this offer, but after that they told sir this is free 30 days offer today and they active t this service .after one hour received a sms you have been charged 60/- for 90 days, and customer care not response me
