Airtel customer care is invalid from airtel mobile

I have airtel prepaid connection. Airtel has got 3 customer care no. -121, 198, 9893098930. All these no. are invalid as I call it from my airtel mobile. I complaint about it from my airtel landline, cust.care executive says It can not be possible. I have my complaint reference no. -309012493340. I have faced same problem 2months ago too then I complained & they resolve in 24hours but now again same problem n 5days have been gone already.
