I HAVE PURCHASED A AIRTEL PREPAID SIM VIDE NO 9831504834 FROM AIRTEL SHOP. FROM TODAY MORNING I GOT MY SIM SHOWS INVALID IN ANY HANDSET. IN AFTERNOON FEW MINUTES IT GOT ITS NETWORK BUT AFTER THAT SAME PROBLEM.I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE TODAY EVENING. THEY ADVISE TO SHUT DOWN MOBILE ABOUT 1/2 HOURS AND THEN TURN ON. IF PROBLEM PERSISTS THEN CONNECT US WITH SIM NO i.e 89913-10000-00840-31415. I DO AS PER THEIR ADVISE. I CALLED UP 11.45 PM TO CUST. CARE. SOME LADY OFFICER HOLD AND SAID THE DIFFERENT THING TO CONTACT NEREST AIRTEL SHOP. I JUST HAVE ASKED THE ADDRESS OF NEAREST AIRTEL SHOP HOWRAH. BUT SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO SPEAK OUT THE ADDRESS. JUST TOLD CALL 121 ASK FIND IT.
TILL LAST NIGHT I WAS PROUD THAT I AM A SATISFIED MEMBER OF AIRTEL FAMILY BUT FROM TODAY I FEEL THAT I WAS WRONG. MY AIRTEL NO IS 9831504834
