Conversion from Postpaid to prepaid

I have been using Airtel postpaid connection from last 6 months. Today I submitted a request to convert to my postpaid to prepaid.

The guys at Airtel Relationship center have told me that there will be disruption of services only for 4 hours.

Now I am suffering because of disruption of service from this evening (from last 8 hours). When I tried to contact customercare, they are not answering.

Now I am repenting for choosing Airtel.

So I request people to choose the mobile operator carefully.
