Airtel iand line
Cheque not collected

I have a landline and internet connection for which the cheque was dropped off atthe airtel autorized collection centre. It is moth and they havent collected and now they epect me to pay it again or else they will disconnect my line. If i put a stop cheque on my payment then i will be charged. Pls address this problem also upon repeatedly clling airtel for a hard copy of the bill, they have not sent in the last 3 months. Help.
