About wrong information

MY self neha aggarwal .i want to submit complaint against Bharti airtel india. on 4 july i make a call to airtel customer care about recharge information. the cc tell me thaton recharge on 33rs u will ger full talktime . but when i make recharge of rs33 i got ISD that is activated on my mobile number . my mobile number is 8146525269 . pls solve my problem . i do not want any ISD pack .they misguide me.
