Refund of security deposit

I was Airtel customer in Mumbai. My mobile number was 9967968643.I have

disconnected this number in January.

But till now my security deposit amount Rs 500 not refund. I called Mumbai

customer care, nodal officer Mumbai from Noida so many times

but still things are same.

I had given my home address for cheque delivery in mumbai, but the cheque of security deposit not delivered on my home address in Mumbai.

Even though I have given my ID proof as well. Now my family shifted from Mumbai to Delhi. Nobody in Mumbai to receive the cheque at home.

Its not possible for me to call Mumbai customer care daily. I have already spent lot of money in that.

Kindly delivered my refund including all expenses with interest that I have spent to call Mumbai customer care from Noida.
