Amount deducted but no recharge

I am Nitin Katiyar, aitel customer Karnataka region. My mobile number

is 9591840787. I had done mobile recharge from vijaya bank mobile

banking. Amount of Rs. 222 is deducted from account and stating

successfull recharge but no amount is credited to airtel account.

Irrespecting of many complaints no result is obtained. Every customer

care executive is stating that amount is credited to your account

again and again but no such action is being taken.
