Meaningless balance deduction

Dear sir/madam

I manish nishant is facing some meaningless balance deduction from my a/c balance having mobile number 9002427453.

from few days (Rs. 5/day) has been deducing from my a/c. total deduction up to now is Rs. 60.

Now i dont need any kind of services fom my service provider.
