Money depletion from my prepaid moblie

This is Dr partha Ghosh. To the best of my knowledge from the messages of my mobile (Airtel mobile no: 9805894577), Rs 1/- per day from 25 Aug to 8 Oct for job information and on 6 Oct, Rs 15/- (for my tunes) have been deducted from my prepaid account (mob no 9805894577) without my consent. On Oct 8, only Rs 2/- has been refunded to my prepaid mobile without indicating the basis of refund. In this context I have send may e-mails containing complaints and reminder. But no result. Pl do the needful so that I can get money back to my mobile.
