It deducts the amount from the main balance without activating any service to us and when we call to the customer care they do not reply in a correct way and different persons sitting at the customer care replies different things. They deduct amount on the behalf of HELLOTUNES AND CALLERTUNES.Please never take a new connection. The customers who are using this service is completely bored and deactivate the connection to avoid deduction from their balance unnecessary. It deducts directly 50 to 60 rupees as a name of HELLOTUNES.
