Money deuction from prepaid mobile

Approximate Rs 100/- has been deducted from my prepaid mobile (9805894577without my consent for matrimony information, hello tunes etc. I have complained by telephone to mr surinder kumar of airtel service. He gave me solution that further money will not be deducted, but deducted money will not be refunded to my account. The same thing was happened before also and deducted more than 150/- And refunded only 52/- After complaining to consumer's forum. I want a permanent solution in this regard and refund of deducted money to my prepaid account as early as possible.
