Wrongly deduction of charges

I have a connection 9871815051 having prepaid Airtel connection. On dated 8th September I called on customer care for non working of internet on my some other number but It was shocking for me whn I disconnect the phone, Rs 30/- as Hellotune charges and Rs 15/- for song selection charges has been deducted from my balance. I Quickly Get unsubscribed for this service. But my balance has been deucted from my account. I called on customer care But still no satisfactory reply from their side. KIndly Help.
