Deducted Rs5 for FHM@5

Dear sir,

My airtel mobile no.08085874570 account balance have been deducted by Rs.20 regarding FHM@5 for which I dint give my consent. I have contacted the airtel nodel officer twice and requested for the refund and to stop the service. I got a refund of Rs.20 once but it was of no use as it again got deducted in 4 days deducting 5rs daily. I again contacted the nodel officer and this time after some argument they refunded Rs.7 but again the service was not deactivated and the whole sum of 7rs was deducted from my account. I am tired with this attitude of the company.

I need a permanent solution to my problem and also the refund of the lost amount.

Sir kindly help me as soon as possible as I am not able to recharge my account and make calls.
